Onda Corta

Collective

Stamperia Notturna

risograph, publishing, illustration · Rifredi

A two-colour print workshop that opens in the evening. They print zines, posters and artist books for whoever drops by.

Artist

Lia Ferri

video, analogue synthesis · San Frediano

She works with old video processors and noisy signals. Her pieces are short loops that change at every screening.

Collective

Cartaccia

zines, collage · Santo Spirito

They collect paper found on the street and rebuild it into photocopied fanzines, handed out in person.

Artist

Tommaso Rinaldi

sound, live coding · Campo di Marte

He writes music live in code and builds small synthesizers from salvaged parts.

Collective

Ciclostile

print, publishing · Novoli

They rescue office duplicators and use them for small runs of poetry and graphics.

Artist

Marta Gori

illustration, zines · Oltrarno

She draws short comics and prints them in runs of fifty, numbered by hand.

Collective

Onda Corta

radio, sound · Isolotto

A neighbourhood radio broadcasting one night a week from a garage, with different guests each time.

Artist

Giulio Bencini

generative art, web · Le Cure

He writes small programs that draw by themselves and publishes them as web pages that never end.

Collective

Pixel Sporco

generative art, video, glitch · Gavinana

They break images and videos on purpose and turn them into projections for gigs and street parties.

Artist

Sara Innocenti

photography, risograph · Sant’Ambrogio

She photographs markets at dawn and reprints the pictures in risograph, with offset colours.

Collective

Banco Ottico

photography, publishing · Porta a Prato

A shared darkroom that publishes a small photobook every season.

Artist

Elia Neri

sound, field recording · Sesto Fiorentino

He records the city’s night sounds and edits them into soundscapes for headphones.

Collective

Margine

web, publishing, zines · San Jacopino

They make hand-built websites for local artists and a zine that only comes out online.

Artist

Nina Corsi

illustration, animation · Bellariva

She draws short frame-by-frame animations, often on recycled paper, then scans them.

Ferro Vivo

performance, sound, video · Ex Manifattura Tabacchi

A self-run space hosting performances, listening sessions and screenings once a month.
